I was wondering if there is a way to obtain ROI-to-ROI individual connectivity values for a specific condition contrast. Thanks to FAQ, I can obtain these values but only for one particular condition, in my case I have several and would like to look at the correlation values in a contrast [1 1 -2] or [1 -1 0], can it be possible?

Also, probably I missed it but I was curious about the level of significance for the values stored in resultsROI_Condition*.mat files.
