I have a basic question about the bivariate regression option in CONN.  FAQ gave some explanation.  I am wondering if you could give me some more information about the data in the subject's con*img files when using the bivariate regression option. Can we still take the subject's con*img files and use them in second level analysis? What are the units in the con*img file? I'd really appreciate some clarification.
