Notes:
This applet implements the Nonlinear Yale MNI to Talairach
Conversion Algorithm that will be embeded in BioImage Suite 2.0.
This mapping is based on a nonlinear surface registration between
the MNI Colin brain and the outline of the Talairach brain as
reconstructed by digitizing the Talairach Atlas. This method was
presented in HBM 2007.
