A couple of concerns with the available information:
(1) No user guide/manual available
(2) It's unclear how the PET data needs to be organized into .mat files for analysis (it asks for matrices but providing the 3D matrices as .mat files did not work).
(3) The documentation provided with this toolbox are two very old articles published decades ago and seem to bear no evident relationship with the analysis pipeline (including one article about renal tuble function published in 1975).
(4) There are no recommendations as to how the raw data needs to be processed before providing it to this toolbos for downstream analysis.
Kindly provide more info about the toolbox to users.
