Ratings/Long-term Prospects Comments: | Overall -- it is very easy to use and does what they say it does. It works as advertised. Installation -- virtually no installation required Documentation -- documentation is not really done yet, it is incomplete. The documentation lags behind the quick development. Long-term -- very good prospects. It has to be one of the easiest tools to use, it's good for folks who don't have time to learn the more complex packages. Feature Requests -- I would like it to open for rendering on open caret files/surfaces. It needs to be able to export to NIFTI. It only exports to MINC now. |
Other Comments/Similar Tools: | Similar Tool/Resource -- SPM 5, FSL, Analyze, AFNI and BrainVoyager Tool/Resource Transition -- I use Neurolens when I want to analyze a data set for time courses (voxel surf) fast and easy. Then I reanalyze in SPM 5 or FSL. |
