Optionally use principal axes to initialize groupwise registrations

Detailed description

groupwise_init tool should be able to use principal axes to compute initial
rotations between images, potentially applying some "zero mean" strategy.

Another way to look at this: groupwise_init should be able to read a complete set of pairwise transformations (all with the same reference) and compute an averaged groupwise alignment.
