I am releasing CMTK 3.3.1p1 as source code only, because the only change here is to fix compilation errors resulting from an API change in the DCMTK library (release 3.6.4 thereof, to be precise). There are no other changes, and stable Linux distros are still deploying the older version of DCMTK.
