RE: Different TRs
Hi Harriet,
If you are simply adding new subjects to your project (e.g. the subjects coming from a different site with a different TR) you may simply use the option of skipping the already processed subjects to avoid repeating those steps (note nevertheless that if you need to redefine the Preprocessing band-pass filter, for the reasons outlined in the previous mail, then the Preprocessing and subsequent steps would still need to be applied to all subjects for this change in the band-pass filter to take effect; but the Setup step can still be run only for the new subjects).
If, on the other hand, you have already analyzed all subjects and you are only changing the TR value on a subset of them you would unfortunately have to re-process all subjects for this change to take effect (there is no simple way yet to select a subset of subjects and rerun the analyses only for those selected subjects; I will see if we can easily add such an option to the toolbox for the next release).
Hope this helps

I need to start from scratch and run the set up again for all
subjects again - rather than the option of skipping processed
subjects?
