RE: Different TRs
Hi Alfonsodo you think this is a reasonable work around the data
with the differing TRs is relatively small in comparison to the
rest of the data set - could I just add this group again as if they
are new subjectsand then just zero out the old data set in the
covariatesmy band pass filter was already set at a threshold that
is appropriate for both groups even at different TRs That way - if
it works the way I think if I choose the skip subjects...I don't
have to go through all the steps for the processing of the data at
the original TR.and I can just go through these steps for the
"new" subjects only and the original data for those subjects are
excluded in second-level analysis through using all 0's in the
covariates for that group of subjects.Just wanted to check in case
there are any flaws in my planjust trying to figure a way to save
time and preserve as much subject data as I can without having to
redo a lot of work. Thanks
Harriet
