Hi Alfonso,

I want to see the functional connectivity for parietal region (dorsal attenion) in resting state). 
This is the procedure I followed in .conn software, please let me know if its correct.

1) Setup - input the basic, struct, fmi, ROI as pariental lobe. Conditions as resting. Clicked on Done. It created the result which has been attached.
2) Pre processing -  Clicked done. results are attached.
3)  First level analyses - I see default ROI, how do I need to proceed with parietal ROI which I want.

Since I am completely new to conn I am completely confused. I tried to follow the manual but it doesn't help much. Your help is aprrecaited.
