Somehow its working now with CONN 14.p. Another issue I have is following:

I preprocessed resting state data using CONN 14.p as per following pipeline (screen shot of pipeline is in attached .zip folder)- indirect normalization as per SPM manual:

1). Functional slice time correction (for interleaved slice order)
2). Functional realignment
3). Functional co-registration to structural
4). Structural segmentation & normalization
5). Functional smoothing

After preprocessing is done, at step 5/6: Importing ROI data, I am getting an error (screen shot is in attached .zip folder).
