Dear Sahil,
Sorry about that again, if you could please either use the attached patch (copy the file to the conn distribution folder overwriting the file with the same name there) or re-download/install the conn14p.zip file from the NITRC site that should fix this issue (you need to re-run the Setup step only, no need to re-run the Preprocessing step).

Somehow its working now with CONN 14.p. Another issue I have is following:
