RE: changing ART threshold in version 14
Hi Alfonso,
Thank you so much for your help, and I apologize for this tardy reply. We are actually having difficulty with the interface where the threshold is entered. It appears too quickly on the screen to enter anything. However, after several tries, our research assistant was able to catch it, and when she did the following error message appeared. We were unable to find any other prompt for entering it. We are using version 14k.
Thank you!
Mary
Error using ./

Error in art>savefile_Callback_SaveMask (line 1424)

Error in art>savefile_Callback (line 1335)

Hi Mary,
Yes, in version 14 if running Preprocessing using the GUI you will be prompted to enter the desired ART threshold values, and if using batch processes you may indicate those in the field batch.New.art_thresholds (see help conn_batch for more details).
Hope this helps
Alfonso

Hi
Alfonso,
I know you're likely swamped, but I was just wondering if there was any way to change the threshold for ART in version 14. This question has lower priority than the other one you are kindly checking out, so no worries.
Thanks!

Hope you're well. Before we started to use version 14, we had been using a z threshold of 3 when we use ART and just realized that the default threshold of 9 is the one that runs automically in version 14. We were wondering how to change it? Or would we have to do realignment, then use ART outside of Conn, and then come back to Conn to run the rest of the steps?
Also, is there any way we could still capture the graphic that specifies which volumes are to be excluded (example attached)?
Thanks very much, and best!
