Hi,
I have written and run a script that implements the conn_batch function. Although I did not receive any error messages, the job finished without producing any of the nifti output files that I specified in the batch.Setup.outputfiles parameter. I would greatly appreciate some help in figuring out why the files were not created. I have attached a copy of my script for your reference.
