Hello all,

I have recently run first-level analyses selecting both ROI-to-ROI and ROI-to-voxel to be run at the same time.  However, in the second-level results tab, only ROI-to-voxel will display.  Specifically, when I click the ROI-to-ROI view option, it doesn't ask me to first run the first level analysis (as it would had I not run it yet), but instead simply reselects and loads the ROI-to-voxel results.  Is there something I should be selecting in another tab in order to see the ROI-to-ROI results?

Additionally, I have separately run first-level analyses to create the Dynamic FC plots for 2 sessions of data per subject, and have selected the box that asks it to run for both sessions.  However, when the second-level results page opens, only the first session of data seems to have been run.  Should these simply be run separately, or am I doing something else wrong leading to this result?
