Thank you so much for your help!  I have attached the dyn_Base.mat file to this message. With regard to the ROI-to-ROI results, in the first-level analysis tab, it says seed-to-voxel only; however before running this step, it was changed to "ROI-to-ROI and seed-to-voxel" and when pressing start, both ROI-to-ROI and seed-to-voxel were selected.  I wonder if the "seed-to-voxel only" could be the problem, though--I will try running ROI-to-ROI by itself.
