Scrubbed data location
Dear Conn users
I have a question regarding the scrubbed data. I would like to use the denoised data in order to derive intrinsic brain networks using a dual-regression approach. I f I understand it correctly, the denoised data is saved as nifty file under results/preprocessing/niftiDATA_Subjectxx_Condition000. However, when I look at the data, the images have the same number of volumes as the raw images, hence the first three slices (effect of rest) and outliers due to movement were not removed from the data.
Do I need to delete this specific volumes myself?
or ist there an additional file with the removed volumes saved?
Can I use the individual art_regression_outliers_wu1_RS.mat file in order to select and delete contaminated volumes?
Hope I was able to express myself clearly.
Thank zoo very much and best regards
Lorenzo
