Your denoised data should be the same length.  Outliers are not removed from the data, see here: https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?...  Similarly, the effect of rest is dealt with using weights that you can visualize in the Denoising tab and/or in the DATA_SubjectX_ConditionY.mat file.
