Thanks so much for this, that appears to have helped things! I've run the preprocessing pipeline successfully on two different sessions individually, now to try to run it in a batch across all sessions.

Not sure if this is typical, but I do keep getting this error message when I run the script (thought it doesn't prevent the pipeline from running to completion and importing into the CONN GUI).
