Hi Jeff,

Yes, that would work just fine. If you want to avoid having to repeat the Denoising step you could also simply load up your pre-existing CONN study and then, from Matlab command line, type:

conn_matc2nii;

and that will just create those "denoised data" nifti volumes from your pre-existing analyses (without having to repeat the Denoising step)
