"1 time-points" error
Hi,

Having loaded my functional data and other setup info as I usually would (all my data was preprocessed outside CONN), I am trying to move on to the denoising step.

For some reason I am getting the following error:

"Subject 1 Session 1 functional data has 1 time-points (scans) defined
Subject 1 Session 1 first-level covariates movment mismathed dimensions (180 rows, while functional data has 1 scans..."

This repeats for all subjects. I have checked and in the functional menu it says that I have 180 files, corresponding to the 180 timepoints. This is true for all subjects and sessions.

This isn't the first analysis I've done using CONN but it is the first time I have come across this error, even though everything seems to look the same as previous times I've run analyses.

I've searched the forum and seen a similar question in the past but no useful answer was given.

Please help!

Thanks,
Anthony
