RE: "1 time-points" error
Hi,
This is not a solution but I am merely wondering about the source of the error.
I am sure you would have already checked this but perhaps the functional data files are organized in a way such that Conn is only getting the first volume? What format are the final pre-processed file stored as? Or perhaps you are setting things up using a batch script and somehow ending up passing a filename,1 command?
