Hey, I've been using CONN for a while. Basic question, are the timeseries which correlations become the connectivity matrix in "resultsROI_SubjectX_ConditionX.mat" stored somewhere?

I've been trying to reproduce it with the timeseries listed in other files in combination with "COV_SubjectX_SessionX.mat" to no avail.

EDIT> I see it has been asked before, but I still can't get it right. The correlation matrix between timeseries in "ROI_SubjectX_ConditionX.mat" isn't the same as the one stored in "resultsROI_SubjectX_ConditionX.mat".
