RE: Which timeseries to get right connectivity?
Hi Bruno,

Yes, the timeseries in ROI_Subject#_Condition#.mat are the ones used when computing the connectivity matrices stored in resultsROI_Subject#_Condition#.mat. The exact way in which the connectivity matrices are computed depends on the specific form of analyses/options (e.g. weighted-GLM or gPPI analyses, bivariate/multivariate measures, regression/correlation measures, etc.). For a few additional details see this post (http://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?m... ) and let me know if this does not clarify.

Best
Alfonso

I've been trying to reproduce it with the timeseries listed in other files in combination with "COV_SubjectX_SessionX.mat" to no avail.

Thanks in advance.

EDIT> I see it has been asked before, but I still can't get it right. The correlation matrix between timeseries in "ROI_SubjectX_ConditionX.mat" isn't the same as the one stored in "resultsROI_SubjectX_ConditionX.mat".
