Hello Conn community, I have run a simple resting state analysis through first level seed to voxel. I want to extract the time series of my ROI after removal of white matter, motion, etc. In results/preprocessing/ I see ROI_Subject###_Condition000 or 001. Within the one ending in 001 I can load it up in matlab seeing data, d1data, d2data. Which of these do I look at to see the timeseries for my ROI with the appropriate removals (white matter etc)? Thanks.
