RE: time series extraction
Hi,

The variable "data" contains the confound corrected time series while d1data and d2data contain the first and the second order derivatives of your time series. If you just want to use the time series, go with the one in the data variable.

I want to extract the time series of my ROI after removal of white matter, motion, etc. In results/preprocessing/ I see ROI_Subject###_Condition000 or 001. Within the one ending in 001 I can load it up in matlab seeing data, d1data, d2data. Which of these do I look at to see the timeseries for my ROI with the appropriate removals (white matter etc)? Thanks.
