White Matter Connectivity Results
Hello,

Thank you Alfonso for your support in the forums and for creating this great tool!

I have a question about our second-level results. Our study is a resting state study with 37 subjects, 10 minutes of resting state data, and we are running seed-to-voxel analyses with bilateral amygdala as our seeds. We are apprehensive about our second level results. It appears in the results explorer that we have significant connectivity between amygdala and white matter tracts, which seems odd given that we regress out white matter. Do you have any idea why this might be happening, or if this is indicative of something we did incorrectly in setting up the analyses? I have attached a screenshot of our positive contrast results if that helps.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Best,
Emmaly
