Slice Timing correction with multi-site data
Dear Experts,
I am about to process my data in Conn and I am encountering a problem. My data is from the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative. Because fMRI data was acquired at multiple sites with different scanners, many subjects (n = 88) have different slice timing parameters which I will need to correct for differently for each subject. Is there a way to do this in the GUI? If not, how do you recommend I go about it?
Sorry if this was posted somewhere else, I couldn't find it.
Ben
