[0.008-inf] is wrong for task connectivity!
Dear all,
Recently, I confronted the question in terms of the using of bandpass in CONN-fMRI. I used [0.008-inf] for my task-related functional connectivity following the suggestion posted here https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?msg_id=11196. My TR is 2s. Someone critized that I should use low-pass band filter up to 0.25 HZ based on my TR. I then checked several related articles published on top journals (Bassett et al., Nat Neurosci, 2015; Vatansever et al., J Neurosci, 2015), and found that [0.008-inf] is not a appropriate frequency band for task-related functional connectivity.
I believe this is an important question for functional connectivity analysis using CONN-fMRI. Unfortunately, I have posted this question here for, several days, but there is no any response or discussion.
