Hi Keith,
I know of the option "ask user on each individual analysis step", however I don't know if it can help you.
In my case, I have already donoised data with many subjects and I don't know whether experimenting with parameters there (in my case I have only one seed) requires all the data being denoised again or whether there are steps to skip. Again, there is lots of computation there.
