Dear all,

I want to calculate Regional Homogeneity using data already preprocessed (incl. denoising and filtering, but not smoothing) using an external toolbox. Which data should I use? The niftiDATA##.nii files in the preprocessing folder? Are those already smoothed?

Also, is calculation of ALFF and fALFF performed on smoothed or unsmoothed data?
