Hi Julian,
To perform the measurement of ReHo you must use data without smoothing, these can be filtered or not, it is recommended that you perform filtered, including the different sections of bands. Smoothed and filtered in the same way for ALFF and FALFF.
I clarify the filtering, there is broadband [0.045-0.087]Hz or [0.009-0.008]Hz (depends on the analysis) and slow-2, slow-3, slow-4 and slow-5
