Hello,

I am trying to run image registration following the adapted instructions provided below. I adjusted the registration parameters following (Randlett et al 2015) and this is the output I receive. It generates a "registration" folder containing an "affine" subfolder but the only contents of the subfolder are the cmd.sh command for the image to be registered. Thank you for the help!
