RE: Missing single subject first-level results for seemingly arbitrary ROIs/sessions
Hi all,
I am running into a similar issue with seemingly missing values for certain subjects and ROIs. Specifically, I ran an initial ROI-to-ROI analysis, which completed without issue. I decided I wanted to add two more ROIs and completed denoising and the first-level analysis. However, for about 15% of my subjects, they have a value of zero between the two new ROIs and all other ROIs in the resultsROIxxx.mat files. As well, the source timeseries for the two new ROIs is flat (as can be previewed in the 1st-level analysis tab) for the subjects with zero values. I've attached a screenshot for reference.
Edit: I am also not masking any ROI with gray matter.
Any ideas are appreciated.
Thanks!
Megan
