I have the same question. Just bumping it if someone can verify. From what I understand, specifying implicit mask means that voxel-voxel analysis will be in the subject space and not in MNI space. Does that mean that you don't need to normalize your data to MNI space if you are choosing implicit mask?

I have searched the forum and the Conn book but this hasn't been mentioned clearly. I will be grateful if someone can help.
