We have used CONN to compare two distinct groups (Group A vs Group B) correcting for sex and site (data were collected in 4 different places).
The contrast used was 1 -1 0 0 0 0 0 and we then used used threshold-free cluster enhancement (TFCE).

We got a request from a reviewer to report effect sizes for the analysis. Is there a way to do that in CONN? I know we can see effect size graphs, so 1) would it make sense to add those graphs to the figures, and 2) is there a way to export effect size values?
