RE: Second Level Analysis' Output Files
Hi

Those are mostly SPM files, you may look at the SPM documentation for the specifics (https://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/). Briefly they are:

beta_       : regressor coefficients from your second-level model (one per modeled subejct-effect)
con_        : contrast images (linear combinations of the above regressors defined by your between-subjects contrast)
   mask        : implicit/explicit analysis mask
ResMS      : residual mean squares image (a measure of residual error)
RPV          : resels-per-voxel image (a measure of smoothness)
spmT_      : T-statistics map (univariate analysis, generated by SPM)
spmF_mv  : T/F-statistic map (multivariate analyses, generated by CONN)

Best

Hello,

I'm trying to find an explanation regarding the output files of the second-level analysis in CONN.

I have the following folder (for example): \results\secondlevel\Analysis_1\covariate\specific_ROI,
and the following files in it: "beta_0001.nii", "con_0001.nii", "corr_0001.img", "mask.nii", "ResMS.nii", "RPV.nii", "spmF_mv.nii", "spmT_0001.nii".

Where can I find an explanation for each one of these files?
What do they represent, etc.?

Thank you in advance,
Mor
