Dear all,

after successfully importing SPM files containing onsets/durations of my experimental paradigm for each single subbject, I am trying to calculate a gPPI. However, I am confused about the format CONN handles contrasts. I can not find the option to define 1st or 2nd level contrasts and also, the CONN GUI does not provide the analysis option of "gPPI" but only for "connectivity glm".

What is the correct order to perfom task-related gPPIs using CONN? At what point can I enter my specific contrasts I want to test?
