RE: gPPI conditions' effect sizes meaning?
Dear Alfonso / CONN users,
In short, my main question is what do the effect size on the y axis show during a gPPI result? (see pic).
In rs-fMRI correlations, I read that it's a fisher z transformation; what is the case here in gPPI?
b) any idea how I could reliably plot these results? (I imagine, it would it be valid to just get the 1st level gPPI values and plot them in any software of choice?) or what alternatives there may be?
