RE: update ROI names
Hi Ryan,
Yes, sorry about that. The "fastest" way to do that would be:
1) in Setup.ROIs select 'ROI tools -> Update changes from Setup to Denoising' and then select only the ROI that has been modified (this will propagate the changes from the Setup tab to the Denoising tab)
2) in the Denoising tab click 'Ok' and uncheck the 'voxel-to-voxel' and 'seed-to-voxel' checkboxes (so that only ROI-level timeseries are updated; this will propagate the changes from the Denoising tab to the First-level analyses tab)

Thanks for your response. For seed-based analyses, would I also need to re-run the Denoising tab (after running the Setup tab) in order for the new ROIs to appear in the first and second level analysis tabs?
