Hi Francisco,
you can choose any combination of either network or atlas ROis, both in the GUI as well as in batch scripting.
for instance, here the first two lines define all the nodes specified in the respective network and the third line the precuneus specifically.
batch.Analysis.sources = {
'networks.DefaultMode', 'networks.Salience', ...
'networks.DorsalAttention','networks.FrontoParietal' ,
'networks.FrontoParietal', ...
'atlas.Precuneous'};
