I would also like to use subject specific masks for my analyses and do not see a way to do it in the most recent version of CONN (conn22v2407).

Has this feature been added?

If not, my plan is to preprocess and denoise my data using CONN. Then once I have the denoised files, multiply those by the corresponding mask and then input these denoised, masked files into a new CONN project and skip preprocessing and denoising.
