thank you very much for your reply, very appreciated.

I was just wondering, why in most cases, my results which are shown in the 2nd level analysis tab and the result list don't show up in the results-explorer window.

In the second levels tab, I selected the following:

"Analysis targets are all ROIs" I also corrected for multiple comparisons at p <0.05.

Then, in results explorer, it says: analysis of 13366 connections among 164 ROIs. 

Does it try to compute all source ROIs simultaneously? (and correct for all of these connections at the same time?) Of course, that many corrections would be too much.

That being said, some significant connections survived even this, which makes me wonder if that association is indeed that strong or if I made some sort of a mistake.
