Thanks for being so helpful throughout this whole process.

For the results, rather than just saying which regions are significant in a global shape (e.g. enlargement of the anterior head regions in a caudate), is there any way I can describe my results in a numerical way that can be used for image retrieval purposes? Cluster analysis seems to be it.
