Sorry for the delay in my response. I still cant completely understand your question, could you please be more concrete and maybe provide an example of the information you want to get? For example... as you said out of your correspondent meshes and your mean difference between the mean shapes of your two groups, and the associated p-values for shape difference significance... do you want to get a text file with all the x,y,z where the significant p values happen altogether with the mean difference for the same location points?

An example would help a lot to understand what is what you need and whether or not we can provide it :)
