RE: Second-level analyses error
Hi Janani,

I believe this error indicates you might have not defined any second-level covariates. Simply go to Setup->Covariates->Second-level and define one or several covariates there. For example, if you have a single group of subjects, you could define a single covariate by filling the 'covariate name' field to All and the 'values' field to 1 1 1 1 1... (with as many ones as subjects). In this way when you select the 'All' covariate in your second-level analysis window you are implicitly testing your effects across the entire group of subjects (see http://www.alfnie.com/software/conn for a series of examples of more complex second-level models)

Let me know if this seems to fix this issue
Best
Alfonso
