RE: Second-level analyses error
Hi Janani,

Sorry about that, it seems the 'missing second-level covariate' condition prompted a bug on the gui I was not aware of. You should be able to fix this typing in the command line:

   global CONN_x;
   CONN_x.Results=[];

After this, the gui sould behave normally and (after entering the corresponding second level covariates in the Setup->Covariates->Second-level tab) you should see in the 'results' window a list under 'subject effects' where you can select the newly created covariate for your second-level analyses. After checking that everything works make sure to save your project to avoid this issue arising again.

Please let me know if this works, so I can patch this in the next release of the toolbox

Best
Alfonso

Hi Alfonso,

Thank you for your quick response. I did this, but it is still giving me the same error. What do you mean by selecting the 'All' covariate in the second-level analyses?

Thanks.
Best,
Janani
