Hi Frank,

Sorry for being unclear about this. The maps are exactly the same as shown in Figure 1 of the Biswal et al. 2010 PNAS paper. 

- Sex: 1 = Male > Female; 2 = Female > Male
- Age: 1 = increasing connectivity with increasing age (i.e., higher connectivity in older subjects); 2 = increasing connectivity with decreasing age (i.e. higher connectivity in younger subjects)
- Center: z values indicating the a effect of imaging center.
- group: positive z values represent positive connectivity (or ALFF/fALFF values that are significantly positive across subjects); negative z values represent negative group effects

I hope this clears things up.
