Hi Frank,

Sure, no problem, but I'm not sure what you are referring to. The only seed that does not show male > female effects is Fox_tp_FEF. All others show both male > female and female > male. You can see it in the figures of the paper (there is both pink and blue in each of the sex effect maps), in addition, in the .nii.gz files I uploaded all seeds, except FEF contain both 1's and 2's. (In fact FEF is the only map that has only female > male, all other seeds, the ICA maps and F/ALFF have both). I redownloaded the maps from the site and confirmed there are 1's and 2's in the PCC map.

If your maps only have 2's for the PCC seed, maybe someting went wrong during downloading or untarring?
