It is possible that I have missed something in the preprocessing of the Biswal et al. (2010) data, but I was wondering why the maps that have been made available do not cover the whole brain (they appear to be clipped at the top), and do not encompass the cerebellum. I have attached a screenshot for the 1st group-map IC compoment, that has been overlaid on the MNI_avg152T1 templated provided with AFNI, to illustrate.
I would like to use these maps for the purposes of template-matching for an ICA I have run, but only if there is whole-brain coverage.
